Payment at Closing


The following information will need to be provided for payment at closing:

a.  Date of the closing and email address for the attorney, to forward the invoice

b.  A valid credit card number and CVV code (the 3 digit number on the back of the card)

c.  Billing address associated with the card provided 

***Please note that the card provded will only be charged if payment for the inspection is not received within 10 business days of the closing date provided.  The report will not be released until payment or arrangements for payment have been made.
